For a lawyer it maybe better to be well known because famous lawyers get bigger cases and can earn more. Lawyers don't have to be liked, they have to be competent to win cases.

In a career of health I think would be better to be a well know nurse. I think it make a different other people want to be different things like a low, or daocter and a vet.
