Do Now
Yesterday, we discussed the Bystander Effect. Bystander Intervention refers to a person deciding to voice their opinion about someone else’s language and/or behavior, or taking some action, thereby working to prevent violence or abuse. In New York City, we hear this in the slogan, "if you see something, say something." Do you think people can be taught or trained to intervene? Explain your thinking.
